Frequently Asked Questions
Will we definitely see Mount Fuji?

Not always. Fuji is often hidden by cloud, especially in summer. The clearest months are October to February, and mornings are usually best.

Do Nepali citizens need a visa for Japan?

Yes. Nepali passport holders need a Japan tourist visa from the embassy before travel. It is included in this package, and our visa team prepares your documents and files it for you. Apply at least a month before you fly.

Are flights from Kathmandu included?

No. There is no direct flight from Kathmandu to Japan; most routes connect once in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Delhi or Hong Kong. We quote the best fare for your dates and add it to the booking.

Is vegetarian or Indian food easy to find in Japan?

It takes some planning, as many dishes use fish stock. Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto have Indian and Nepali restaurants, and your guide can help you order. Convenience stores also sell simple vegetarian snacks.
