Beijing City Tour
- Tiananmen Square, the largest public square in the world. Entry needs a passport linked reservation, which we arrange.
- The Forbidden City, palace of 24 Ming and Qing emperors. Closed on Mondays.

The Great Wall at Juyonggan
- Drive about 75km to the Great Wall at Juyong Pass.
- Steep stepped sections, so allow time and wear proper shoes.

- Morning high speed train to Xi''an, about four and a half hours.

Terracotta Warriors
- Full day at the Museum of the Terracotta Warriors, about 40km east of Xi''an at Lintong.
- Tickets are online only and your passport is scanned at the turnstile, so carry the original.

- Morning on Xi''an''s Ming city wall, the most complete in China, with bicycle hire available.

Li River Cruise to Yangshuo
- Cruise down the Li River between the limestone karsts to Yangshuo.
- The sailing runs three to five hours depending on the water level, and can be shortened or altered in heavy rain.
